Terms of Service
Fleece is operated by Boom TMC, LLC ("Fleece", "we", "us"). By using fleece.gg or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Fleece is
Fleece is software that reads publicly available fantasy football information and produces analysis for your specific roster: waiver-wire recommendations, lineup advice, trade evaluations, and related written reads.
Fleece recommends. You decide. Every recommendation is information for you to weigh, not an instruction, and you are solely responsible for every move you make in your leagues.
What Fleece is not
Fleece does not operate fantasy contests, hold entry fees or prize money, or facilitate betting or wagering of any kind. Nothing on this site is gambling advice or an inducement to gamble.
Fleece is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, or any other league platform or data provider. Names and logos of teams and athletes belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the subjects of our analysis.
No guarantee of results
Fantasy football outcomes depend on injuries, coaching decisions, weather, officiating, and chance. We do not promise that our analysis will be correct, that you will win your league, or that any recommendation will produce any particular result. We grade our own recommendations honestly, including the ones we get wrong, but a track record is a record of the past and not a promise about the future.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
What you are buying
Fleece offers a free tier and two paid subscriptions:
- Free. The rankings board, the Wire, and Scout cards, plus League Sync and a weekly War Room for one league showing your matchup, your roster and your league's activity, available without payment. Recommendations (waiver claims and bids, lineup calls and trade suggestions) are part of the paid subscriptions. We may change what the free tier includes at any time.
- Season Pass, $33. One payment for one NFL season, covering every league you play, through your league's title game. It does not automatically renew. Founding purchasers keep the $33 price for future seasons for as long as they renew each season without a gap.
- Monthly, $19 per month. The same full product, billed monthly. It renews automatically until you cancel. We set each monthly subscription to stop billing after the season ends, currently January 15, 2027, so you are not billed through the offseason.
If you start on the monthly plan and upgrade to the Season Pass within your first paid month, we credit that $19 toward the $33. Ask us at hello@fleece.gg and we will apply it.
Billing and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time at fleece.gg/account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so you keep access for the remainder of that month. The Season Pass does not renew and so does not need to be cancelled.
Refunds
If the Season Pass is not what you expected, email hello@fleece.gg within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, no explanation required.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and are not refunded for the current partial month, since you keep access until that month ends. If something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us anyway. We would rather fix it or refund it than argue.
Your league accounts
Connecting a league is optional, and you may only connect leagues you actually play in. When you connect one, you authorize us to read your roster, league settings, and transaction history from that platform in order to produce your analysis. How we store and handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, or any other platform remains governed by that platform's own terms.
Acceptable use
Your subscription is for your personal use in your own leagues. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute Fleece's analysis as your own product or service, scrape or bulk-download the site, share your access with people who have not paid, or attempt to interfere with the service or its security.
We may suspend or terminate access, with a refund of the unused portion, if these terms are breached.
Availability and changes
Fleece is a small, actively developing product. Features may change, improve, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We will not degrade the core of what a paid season includes, which is roster-specific move recommendations delivered through the season you paid for.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleece and Boom TMC, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost league winnings, entry fees, or wagers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects what you bought, we will notify subscribers by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
